Pasta With Avocado and Pecans

  1. Cook pasta until just tender.
  2. Drain.
  3. Heat 1 tbs oil in large pan.
  4. Add garlic, chilli, rosemary and capsicum.
  5. Cook 3 minutes.
  6. Add cooked pasta, avocado, pecans and remaining oil.
  7. Toss to combine.
  8. Season and serve immediately.
  9. Easy!
