Laid Back Pork Chops

  1. Have your grill filled with charcoal and ready.
  2. Light the charcoal 20 minutes prior to grilling.
  3. Meanwhile, open a can of Bushs Bourbon and Brown Sugar Grillin Beans; pour into a saucepan and heat on the stove over low heat, stirring occasionally.
  4. If desired, beans may be warmed in a disposable tinfoil pan placed on the grill over indirect heat (after you turn the pork chops).
  5. Doing this means less running to the kitchen, and less dishes thats the whole idea here!
  6. Trim visible fat from chops.
  7. (Do not discard the fat; save trimmings for Rees dogs.)
  8. Sprinkle chops with seasoned salt we use Lawrys and pepper to taste.
  9. Keep it simple.
  10. When the coals are ready, grill chops for 7 to 10 minutes per side, turning once, to desired doneness.
  11. (If in doubt, use a meat thermometer 160F is done.)
  12. Between grill duty, sit in a lawn chair.
  13. Sip an ice cold lemonade or a frosty mug of your favorite brew.
  14. Relax...
  15. When the chops are done, dish up and enjoy!
