butterscotch choc balls

  1. melt 1 1/2 cups of butterscotch chips with butter.
  2. in heat proof bowl set of pot of simmering water.
  3. remove from heat.
  4. cool slightly.
  5. beat in cream cheeseuntil combined.
  6. chill 15 min
  7. for into balls(1tbsb in size) and arrange on parchment paper lined baking sheet.
  8. freeze for 20 minutes.
  9. well freezing your balls.
  10. melt chocolate chips with 3tbsp shortening same as you did for butterscotch chips
  11. melt butterscotch chips in seperate bowl and melt with remaining shortening
  12. use 2 forks to dip balls into melted choc chips to coat.
  13. gently tap excess choc on side of bowl.
  14. return to parchment paper.
  15. drizzle with butterscotch chips.
  16. chill 15 and enjoy
