Kabocha Squash and Grainy Mustard Salad

  1. Slice the kabocha squash into 1 cm thick pieces.
  2. Cut the bacon into 2 cm wide pieces.
  3. Put both in a heatproof bowl, and microwave for 4 to 5 minutes until a skewer goes through the kabocha easily.
  4. Mix the cooked ingredients together with the ones marked well.
