Kabocha Squash and Grainy Mustard Salad
- 1/8 Kabocha squash
- 2 slice Bacon
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1/2 tablespoo Grainy mustard
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- Slice the kabocha squash into 1 cm thick pieces.
- Cut the bacon into 2 cm wide pieces.
- Put both in a heatproof bowl, and microwave for 4 to 5 minutes until a skewer goes through the kabocha easily.
- Mix the cooked ingredients together with the ones marked well.
