Smoked Salmon Party Ball Recipe
- 1 pound can salmon
- 8 ounce. pkg. cream cheese
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 teaspoon grated onion
- 1 teaspoon horseradish
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 tbsp. liquid smoke
- 1/2 c. minced pecans
- 3 tbsp. fresh parsley
- Drain salmon and flake.
- Mix with cream cheese, lemon juice, onion, horseradish, salt and liquid smoke.
- Form into ball and refrigerateovernight.
- Combine nuts and minced parsley.
- Roll ball in nuts and parsley.
- Chill.
- Serve with assorted crackers.
- Freezes well.
- Serves 40.
