Sausage Stars

• 2 c. (1 lb.) cooked sausage, crumbled
• 1 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
• 1 1/2 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
• 1 c. prepared Hidden Valley Ranch original salad dressing mix (envelope kind)
• 1 can sliced, ripe olives or mushrooms
• 1/2 c. chopped red pepper
• 1 pkg. fresh or frozen wonton wrappers or egg roll wrappers, cut in fourths
• vegetable oil

1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
2. Blot sausage dry with paper towel and combine with cheese, salad dressing, olives or mushrooms and pepper.
3. Lightly grease a mini (or regular) muffin tin and press 1 wrapper in each cup.
4. Brush with oil.
5. Bake 5 minutes until golden.
6. Remove from tins.
7. Place on baking sheet.
8. Fill with sausage mixture.
9. Bake 5 minutes until bubbly.
10. Makes 4 dozen. Very good; time consuming.
