Almond Bistro Cheesecake
- Base
- 1 1/2 cups sweet biscuit crumbs
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- Filling
- 3 x 250g PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup caster sugar
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
- 2 x 55g eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup flaked almonds
- Combine biscuit crumbs and butter, press into the base of a 22cm spring form pan; chill.
- Beat softened Philly* until smooth, stir in sugar, lemon juice and eggs.
- Pour into prepared crumb crust and sprinkle with almonds; bake at 160C for 60 minutes.
- Allow to cool in oven.
- Chill for 2 hours.
