Baked Apple Pork Tenderloin
- 2 lb pork tenderloin
- 1 cup apple butter
- 1 cup apple sauce
- 1/2 cup apple juice
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 cup apple juice
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 3 apples diced
- combine all marinade ingredients
- marinate pork tenderloin in air tight container or ziploc bag in refrigerator for 2+ hours (I marinate overnight)
- combine first 5 ingredients for baked apples
- pour mix over diced apples in loaf pan
- bake apples for 30 mins at 300F
- place pork tenderloin and marinade into baking pan
- pour baked apples over tenderloin
- bake for 1 hour at 300F (cook time depends on thickness of meat)
