Favorite Egg Salad Sandwich

• 6 hard-cooked eggs, thinly sliced
• 2 green onions, finely chopped
• 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
• 1/4 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing Family Dollar $3.50 thru 02/07
• 2 tsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
• 1/4 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
• 8 slices whole grain bread, toasted
• 2 cups loosely packed arugula

1. Combine all ingredients except toast slices and arugula.
2. Fill toast slices with egg salad and arugula to make 4 sandwiches.
