Very Cheesy Cream of Broccoli Soup

  1. Saute broccoli in butter for 10 minutes.
  2. Using blender combine all of the ingredients together.
  3. As blender fills, transfer liquid to soup pot and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes.
  4. Good with muffins or corn bread or croutons.
