Remoulade Spread Recipe

  1. Place the mayonnaise, capers, shallot, parsley, lemon juice, Creole mustard, and a few drops of Worcestershire sauce in a small, nonreactive bowl and stir to combine.
  2. Season with salt and pepper as desired.
