Pineapple Tango
- 12 cup pineapple juice
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 12 cup water
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 34 cup plain yogurt
- 1 peach, cut in chunks
- 34 cup pineapple chunk, frozen
- colored crystal sugar
- peach, wedges
- Freeze peach chunks.
- Blend together pineapple juice, lemon juice, water, sugar and yogurt.
- Add frozen pineapple and peach chunks, blend until smooth.
- Wet rims of 2 martini glasses and dip in coloured sugar; garnish with peach wedge and serve!
