Chicken-Almond Stir-Fry

  1. Toss chicken with corn starch and 1 Tbsp.
  2. of the dressing in medium bowl; cover.
  3. Refrigerate 15 min.
  4. Heat large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
  5. Add chicken; cook 5 min.
  6. or until chicken is cooked through, stirring frequently.
  7. Add vegetables and remaining dressing; cook an additional 5 min.
  8. or until heated through.
  9. Stir in almonds.
  10. Serve over the rice.
