Creamy Goats' Cheese Dip

  1. Deseed and finely chop the chilli.
  2. Beat together all ingredients except the paprika.
  3. You can do this by hand but personally I use a mini-food processor.
  4. If the dip seems too thick beat in a little cream or milk to give desired consistency.
  5. Spoon into a serving dish and sprinkle with a little paprika.
  6. Serve with chips, breadsticks or crudites.
