Cinnamon-Orange Spice Dessert

  1. Grate 1 tsp.
  2. orange zest.
  3. Peel remaining orange; chop fruit.
  4. Beat pudding mixes and milk in medium bowl with whisk 2 min.
  5. Stir in COOL WHIP and zest.
  6. Arrange 7 grahams on bottom of 13x9-inch dish; cover with half the pudding mixture.
  7. Repeat layers.
  8. Refrigerate 4 hours.
  9. Top with chopped orange and cranberries just before serving.
