SHAKE 'N BAKE No-Fuss Crispy Chicken Dinner
- 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
- 1-1/2 cups water
- 1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables
- 1-1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-1/2-inch-wide strips
- 2 pkt. SHAKE 'N BAKE Extra Crispy Seasoned Coating Mix
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Mix first 4 ingredients in 13x9-inch pan.
- Coat chicken with coating mixes as directed; place over rice mixture.
- Discard any remaining coating mix.
- Bake 45 min.
