PHILLY Margherita Pizza
- 1 doz. ready-to-use baked pizza crusts (12 inch)
- 1-1/2 qt. pizza sauce
- 2 doz. Roma tomatoes Safeway 1 lb For $1.29 thru 02/09
- 3 cups Philadelphia Light Cream Cheese Product
- 3 cups fresh basil, chopped
- For each pizza: Spread 1 crust with 1/2 cup (125 mL) sauce.
- Slice 2 tomatoes; arrange on pizza.
- Use teaspoon to drop 2 Tbsp.
- (30 mL) cream cheese product onto pizza.
- Place directly on oven rack.
- Bake in 425F-standard oven 12 to 15 min.
- or until toppings are heated through and crust is golden brown.
- Top with 1/4 cup (60 mL) basil.
- Cut into wedges.
