Lemon Chicken

  1. In bowl combine 1/4 cup olive oil, wine, lemon juice, garlic, sugar, basil, parsley and oregano...mix well
  2. Combine poultry seasoning and flour in shallow dish
  3. Melt butter and oil in large skillet over medium heat..
  4. Dip chicken in flour mixture to coat and add to skillet
  5. Browm chicken on both sides approx 5-7 min
  6. Chicken should be browned but not cooked all the way through, remove from pan onto plate lined w paper towels
  7. Wipe extra oil from pan, return to stove
  8. Add 1 tblsp flour to liquid "sauce" wish well to combine
  9. Pour sauce in skillet cook over low heat 2-3 min untill thickens slightly
  10. Return chicen to pan w sauce....simmer 8-10 min until chicken is cooked through n sauce has thickened
  11. I serve with rice n veggies
