Asian Pork And Broccoli Stir Fry Recipe
- 1/3 c. mango chutney
- 2 Tbsp. low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. dry sherry
- 2 tsp dark sesame oil divided
- 1 lb pork tenderloin cut into 1-inch strips
- 4 c. broccoli florets
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 2 c. fresh bean sprouts
- 2 x garlic cloves chopped
- 8 ounce sliced water chestnuts liquid removed
- 1.
- Combine first 3 ingredients; set aside.

- Heat 1 tsp.
- oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add in pork; stir-fry 3 min.
- Remove the pork from pan with a slotted spoon.
- Add in 1 tsp.
- oil, broccoli, and water to skillet; stir-fry 5 min.
- Add in chutney mix, bean sprouts, garlic, and water chestnuts; stir-fry 2 min.
- Return pork to skillet; stir-fry 30 seconds.
- Yield: 4 servings (serving size: 1 1/2 c.).
