Chinese Chicken Salad - Side Item
- 3 -4 chicken breasts, COOKED AND CUT INTO PIECES
- 1 bunch green onion, SLICED THIN
- 12 cup slivered almonds
- 14 cup sesame seeds, TOASTED BROWN
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 4 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 3 teaspoons Accent seasoning (OR MSG)
- 1 tablespoon poppy seed
- 2 teaspoons salt (I use 1 tsp)
- 12 teaspoon pepper
- 12 cup oil
- MIX WELL.
- ADD MEAT, ONION, ALMONDS AND SEEDS.
- (Best if stored overnight but good freshly made also.
- ).
- PRIOR TO SERVING MIX WITH:.
- 1 to 1 and 1/2 HEADS OF LETTUCE.
- CHINESE NOODLES - I just set the can of chineese noodles beside the salad so people can help themselves if they wish.
