Rosemary Lamb Chops

• 4 lamb chops, shoulder or 4 lamb chops, loin
• 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, chopped
• ground black pepper

1. Coat chops with rosemary and pepper.
2. Preheat the grilling machine for 3-5 minute.
3. Close lid and cook for 5 min for med or 7 min for well done.
4. Serve immediately.
