Deep Fried Fish Recipe

  1. Cut fish in pcs and pat dry; then dust with flour.
  2. Sift dry ingredients.
  3. Stir in water to make a thick batter.
  4. Then add in vinegar and stir.
  5. Fry in 375 degree fat till golden.
  6. Dry on paper towels.
