Deep Fried Fish Recipe
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon soda
- 1/2 c. plus 2 tbsp. water
- 2 tbsp. white vinegar
- Cut fish in pcs and pat dry; then dust with flour.
- Sift dry ingredients.
- Stir in water to make a thick batter.
- Then add in vinegar and stir.
- Fry in 375 degree fat till golden.
- Dry on paper towels.
