Thai Tomato Fish Soup

  1. Puree the tomatoes in a food processor.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Then puree the fish with the coconut milk.
  4. Put tomatoes, blended fish and coconut milk, curry paste, fish soy, and lemon juice in a soup pot.
  5. Bring to a boil over medium heat, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle with fresh coriander leaves or chopped green onion tops before serving.
