BBQ Football Pizza

  1. Heat oven to 375F.
  2. Place barbecue sauce and roast beef in 10-inch skillet.
  3. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, 15-20 minutes or until heated through and barbecue sauce is absorbed.
  4. Place thawed bread dough onto large greased baking sheet.
  5. Form into 16x10x1/4-inch football shape (grease hands, if necessary).
  6. Poke dough several times with fork.
  7. Let dough rest 10 minutes.
  8. Bake 12-15 minutes or until lightly browned.
  9. Top baked crust with barbecued beef mixture; layer cheese slices over beef.
  10. Continue baking 8-10 minutes or until cheese is completely melted.
  11. Let stand 5 minutes; cut into servings.
