BBQ Football Pizza
- 1 cup thick barbecue sauce
- 1 pound sliced deli roast beef, coarsely chopped
- 1 (1 pound) loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
- 10 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes Deli Provolone Cheese, cut in half
- Heat oven to 375F.
- Place barbecue sauce and roast beef in 10-inch skillet.
- Cook over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, 15-20 minutes or until heated through and barbecue sauce is absorbed.
- Place thawed bread dough onto large greased baking sheet.
- Form into 16x10x1/4-inch football shape (grease hands, if necessary).
- Poke dough several times with fork.
- Let dough rest 10 minutes.
- Bake 12-15 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Top baked crust with barbecued beef mixture; layer cheese slices over beef.
- Continue baking 8-10 minutes or until cheese is completely melted.
- Let stand 5 minutes; cut into servings.
