Senegali Sunshine

• 1 orange, zest of
• 2 cups orange juice
• 6 ounces white rum
• 2 ounces Curacao
• 4 ounces light cream
• 1 cup crushed ice

1. Zest orange, and chop zest finely.
2. Blend with remaining ingredients until thoroughly smooth and thick.
3. Pour into 4 ounce glasses.
4. Garnish with orange slices and strawberries.
