Baba Ghanoush (Eggplant (Aubergine) Spread) Cauliflower

• 1 medium cauliflower
• mayonnaise
• 3 green onions
• 14 green pepper, chopped fine
• radish (optional)
• 13 cup baba ghanoush

1. Cut cauliflower into small flowerlets, cook till tender.
2. Cool and add the rest of the ingredients.
3. Set in refrigerator or serve right away.
