Banana Caramel Icebox Cake Recipe

  1. Cover bottom of an 8 x 4 x 2 inch loaf pan with half the graham cracker squares.
  2. Beat pudding mix and skim lowfat milk according to package directions.
  3. Immediately pour half into loaf pan.
  4. Top with half the banana slices.
  5. Drizzle with the caramel sauce.
  6. Layer remaining crackers, pudding and bananas.
  7. Sprinkle cracker crumbs over top.
  8. Cover and chill at least 8 hrs for flavor to develop.
  9. To serve, spoon into dessert dishes.
