Marshmallow Crispy Lemon Pie

  1. Microwave butter in large microwaveable bowl on high 30 seconds, or until melted.
  2. Add dry gelatin mix and marshmallows; toss to coat.
  3. Microwave 1 minute or until marshmallows are completely melted and mixture is blended, stirring after 45 seconds.
  4. Add cereal; mix well.
  5. Press cereal mixture onto bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray.
  6. Beat pudding mix and milk with whisk 2 minutes; pour into crust.
  7. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
  8. Garnish with strawberries.
