Chicken escalopes

  1. Beat out chicken breast with steak mallet
  2. Marinate in Chinese five spice and water for 2 hours +
  3. Drain chicken and coat in seasoned flour
  4. Beat egg with a little milk on a plate and bread crumbs on another plate
  5. Coat chicken in egg and then bread crumbs
  6. Fry in a little olive oil untill golden brown.
  7. Drain on kitchen paper and serve with salads or new potatoes with veg.
