Chicken escalopes
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 bread crumbs
- 1 flour
- 1 egg
- 1 milk
- 1 Chinese five spice
- 1 olive oil
- Beat out chicken breast with steak mallet
- Marinate in Chinese five spice and water for 2 hours +
- Drain chicken and coat in seasoned flour
- Beat egg with a little milk on a plate and bread crumbs on another plate
- Coat chicken in egg and then bread crumbs
- Fry in a little olive oil untill golden brown.
- Drain on kitchen paper and serve with salads or new potatoes with veg.
