Diabetic Spice Cake Recipe

• 1/2 c. butter
• 1 tbsp. sweetener (diabetic, pwdr or possibly liquid)
• 1 egg
• 1 c. cut up dates
• 2 sm. cans or possibly 1 lg. can diabetic (no sugar) applesauce
• 1 c. broken nuts
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/4 teaspoon cloves
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 c. flour
• 2 teaspoon soda

1. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
2. Cake will be heavy.
