Simple Healthy Okara Burger
- 200 grams Ground meat
- 200 grams Fresh okara
- 1 Onion
- 1 Egg
- 3 tbsp Katakuriko
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
- 1 Ketchup
- 1 Oil
- Mince the onion and saute until browned.
- Put the onion from Step 1 into a bowl and mix in the rest of the ingredients.
- Divide into 4 portions and form into oval patties.
- Heat oil in a frying pan and pan-fry over high heat.
- When browned, flip over, cover with a lid, and steam-fry over low heat for about 10 minutes.
