Simple Healthy Okara Burger

  1. Mince the onion and saute until browned.
  2. Put the onion from Step 1 into a bowl and mix in the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Divide into 4 portions and form into oval patties.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan and pan-fry over high heat.
  5. When browned, flip over, cover with a lid, and steam-fry over low heat for about 10 minutes.
