Poached Egg Mushroom Croustades Recipe

  2. Twist mushrooms in towel to eliminate excess moisture.

  4. Saute/fry mushrooms and onions in butter 8 min.

  6. Add in flour and stir over heat 3 min.

  8. Stir in wine and simmer 1 minute.
  9. Stir in cream, add in seasonings.

  11. Simmer 3 min.
  12. 6.
  13. Just before serving, reheat mushrooms, patty shells and Large eggs.
