Breakfast Omelet Recipe
- 1 can whole green chiles
- 3 Large eggs
- 3 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. biscuit mix
- 1 c. sharp cheese
- Wash and remove seeds from chiles.
- Slit open and lay flat in bottom of buttered casserole.
- Beat Large eggs.
- Add in lowfat milk.
- Stir in biscuit mix.
- Pour over peppers and top with grated cheese.
- Bake at 325 degrees about 50 min or possibly till set.
