Grilled fish filet with veggies
- 400 grams Tilapia fillet
- 1/2 tbsp salt
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 small lemon (cut in half)
- 2 pinch pepper
- 1 pinch mccormick nutmeg powder
- 2 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp dried Basil
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1/4 head cabbage
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1/2 tbsp salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 packages string beans
- 1/2 cup water
- squeeze the lemon and spread it into the fish
- marinate combining all the spices.
- let stand for as long as possible.
- grill for each side for 5 mins.
- plate and cover with aluminum.
- saute chopped onions in olive oil.
- put in the string beans.
- put water and let it simmer for three minutes
- chop cabbage and put it in.
- Add fish sauce, salt and pepper.
- simmer for 5 minutes.
- serve separately.
