Creamy Italian Chicken & Orzo Skillet
- 1 tub (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese Spread
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1-1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1-1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 small zucchini, chopped
- 3/4 cup chopped tomatoes Safeway 1 lb For $1.29 thru 02/09
- 3 cups hot cooked orzo pasta
- Mix cream cheese spread, milk and seasonings until blended.
- Cook chicken and zucchini in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 6 to 7 min.
- or until chicken is done, stirring frequently.
- Add cream cheese mixture and tomatoes; cook and stir 2 min.
- or until heated through.
- Serve over pasta.
