Tri Tip Steak

  1. Place everything in a plastic bag with the meat and leave in the fridge overnight.
  2. Let the meat sit out for 20 mintues before cooking.
  3. In a very hot skillet, sear both sides of the meat over high heat, then lower heat to medium and continue to cook until desired doneness (yes Im using the word doneness).
  4. Let the meat sit 5 mintues before cutting, then enjoy!
  5. Note: if desired, you can boil the leftover marinade and then spoon over the meat.
