Tri Tip Steak
- 2 whole Tri Tip Steaks
- 1 cup Soy Sauce
- 1 cup Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 whole Shallots, Chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
- Place everything in a plastic bag with the meat and leave in the fridge overnight.
- Let the meat sit out for 20 mintues before cooking.
- In a very hot skillet, sear both sides of the meat over high heat, then lower heat to medium and continue to cook until desired doneness (yes Im using the word doneness).
- Let the meat sit 5 mintues before cutting, then enjoy!
- Note: if desired, you can boil the leftover marinade and then spoon over the meat.
