Picnic Carrots Recipe

  1. Wash, peel and slice carrots into 1 inch circles.
  2. Steam till crisp-tender.
  3. Drain.
  4. Place in a bowl with onions and green pepper.
  5. In saucepan combine remaining ingredients.
  6. Bring to a boil.
  7. Pour over carrot mix.
  8. Cover and chill for 24 hrs.
  9. Yield 6 c. of carrots.
