Dorothy Averill's Apple Batter Pudding Recipe

• 1 tbsp. of butter
• 1/2 c. of sugar
• 1 egg
• 1/2 c. of lowfat milk
• 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
• 1 c. of bread flour

1. Pour over sliced apples and bake.
2. For sauce: 1 c. confectioners' sugar, 2 Tbsp.
3. butter, little warm water.
4. Beat till light.
