Simple Yogurt Cream in the Microwave
- 150 ml Yogurt
- 70 grams Sugar
- 200 ml Milk
- 2 tbsp Corn starch
- 1 tbsp Cake flour
- 2 tsp Lemon juice
- Sift the powder ingredients into a heat-resistant bowl.
- Add the milk a little at a time while beating with a whisk.
- Stir the sugar into the mixture from Step 1 well and wrap in cling film.
- Heat it in the microwave for 2 minutes then mix well once more.
- Stir in the yogurt and place the mixture back in the microwave for a further 2 minutes.
- Stir the mixture well, and lastly add in the lemon juice.
- Try sandwiching the cream between two slices of this sweet and fluffy sponge,.
