DIY Fruit Snacks

  2. Pour juice and berries into a small saucepan.
  3. Heat over medium heat until berries are softened, about 2 minutes.

  5. Remove from heat, add 2 tablespoons honey and stir until completely mixed.

  7. Puree the mixture using a blender.
  8. 4.
  9. Pour the puree into a medium bowl and let it sit for 10 minutes.

  11. Slowly pour one envelope of gelatin into the bowl while whisking constantly.
  12. Once whisked together, add another envelope of gelatin while whisking constantly.
  13. Continue until all 4 envelopes have been added.
  14. The mixture should be pretty smooth.

  16. Pour mixture into a small rectangular or square pan.
  17. I used my 9x13 Pyrex dish.
  18. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  19. Cut up and enjoy!
  20. Note: I suggest keeping these either refrigerated or at room temperature.
  21. Keep them away from heat because they will melt.
