Arrabbiata With Gina Recipe

  1. Heat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Place peppers, tomatoes, and garlic on a large baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle with 2 Tbsp.
  4. extra virgin olive oil; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  5. Roast till soft, wilted, and charred, about 30 min.
  6. Transfer peppers to a shallow bowl.
  7. Set aside to cold.
  8. Peel, and seed.
  9. In the bowl of a food processor fitted with a steel blade, combine roasted peppers, tomatoes, garlic, and remaining 2 Tbsp.
  10. extra virgin olive oil.
  11. Process till chunky.
  12. Season to taste.
  13. This recipe yields 4 servings.
