10 Minute Enchilada Sauce

  1. In a skillet over medium heat heat the oil.
  2. Add the flour and chili powder, reduce heat to medium and cook, stirring constantly until lightly browned.
  3. Slowly add the remaining ingredients and cook over medium heat until thickened slightly, up to 10 minutes.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning by salting to taste.
