Creme Brulee

  1. Preheat oven to 325.
  2. Place 6 creme brulee dishes in a 13x9 inch baking dish.
  3. Combine the milk, brown sugar and powder creamer in a medium skilled over medium heat.
  4. Stir until the sugar dissolves completely.
  5. In the meantime, whisk together the egg whites and vanilla extract.
  6. Remove the milk mixture from heat and whisk in the egg white mixture.
  7. Pour into 6 creme brulee dishes.
  8. Pour hot water into the baking dish.
  9. Bake for 28 minutes.
