Peaches And Sour Cream Pizza Pie Recipe
- 1 (14 ounce.) can sweetened condensed lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 c. butter, softened
- 1/4 c. packed brown sugar
- 1 c. flour
- 1/4 c. quick-cooking oats
- 1/4 c. finely minced walnuts
- 1 (29 ounce.) can peaches, sliced
- Additional walnut halves for garnish
- To make filling, combine condensed lowfat milk, lowfat sour cream, lemon juice, and vanilla.
- Chill.
- To make crust, cream together butter and brown sugar.
- Fold in flour, oats, and walnuts.
- Spray pizza pan with Pam.
- Press dough into pan; healthy pinch up edges to create rim.
- Prick several times with a fork.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 min.
- Cold.
- Spoon filling over crust and arrange peaches and walnuts in desired design.
- Chill.
- Slice as you would pizza.
