Peanut Butter Swirls (Cookie) Recipe

  1. Cream fat and sugar.
  2. Add in peanut butter, egg and lowfat milk.
  3. Sift dry's and add in to first mix.
  4. Place on a floured board, roll to rectangle shape.
  5. Heat chocolate, cold and spread on dough.
  6. Roll like jelly roll and place in wax paper.
  7. Chill.
  8. Remove and slice in 1/2 inch pcs.
  9. Place on ungreased pan and bake at 375 degree oven for 8-10 min.
  10. Makes about 4 dozen.
