Salsa Verde Recipe

  1. Peel paper off of tomatillo and boil for 1-2 min.
  2. Chop the tomatillos, onion, green pepper, chili peppers, cilantro and garlic.
  3. Mix minced ingredients together; add in cumin and squeezed juice from the lime.
  4. Serve with chips or possibly nachos.
