Rich and Delicious Tarako Spaghetti
- 2 Tarako (mentaiko, spicy salt cured roe, is OK too)
- 5 tbsp Milk
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 200 grams Spaghetti
- 1 as much (to taste) Shredded nori seaweed
- Cook the spaghetti in plenty of boiling water.
- Slice the tarako lengthwise, open it up and scrape out the insides with the back of a knife, removing the membrane.
- Reserve 1/4 of the tarako to use as decoration.
- Put the milk and butter in a bowl and microwave for 40 to 50 seconds at 600 W to melt the butter.
- Add the tarako and soy sauce and mix well.
- Add the cooked spaghetti to the sauce and mix well.
- Serve with shredded nori seaweed and the remaining tarako (set aside earlier) on top.
