Dandelion Greens
- 1 cup dandelion greens
- 2 cups water
- 1 lemon wedge (optional)
- Wash greens well, make sure to remove all sands and dirt.
- Boil water.
- Place greens in water.
- Boil until Greens are soft.
- Drain Greens.
- Save water to drink afterwards.
- Spritz the lemon if wanted.
- Eat greens and enjoy the goodness!
