Beef Party Ball Recipe

• 2 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
• 6 green onions, thinly sliced
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
• 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• 3 ounce. pkg. dry beef

1. Place cream cheese, green onions, garlic salt, Worcestershire sauce, 2/3 of beef in mixing bowl.
2. Turn mixer on speed 4 and beat for 1 minute.
3. Shape mix into a ball and coat with remaining beef.
4. Makes 1 (16 ounce.)

6. Serves 16.
