Crisfield Crab Dabs

  1. Remove cartilage from crab meat.
  2. Combine all ingredients except bacon.
  3. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Chill for 30 minutes.
  5. Portion crab mixture with a tablespoon.
  6. Shape into small rolls.
  7. Wrap bacon around crab rolls and secure with a toothpick.
  8. Place crab rolls on a broiler pan.
  9. Broil about 4 inches from source of heat for 8 to 10 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
  10. Turn carefully.
  11. Broil 4 to 5 minutes longer.
  12. Makes 30 hors d'oeuvres.
